Antioxidant level of uterus
A 1 g uterine sample was taken from -20 °C ａnd mixed with 9 ml of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS, 0.01 mol L-1 170 , PH = 7.2-7.4). After 5 min of homogenization with a 5000-rpm high-speed homogenizer, ａnd 10% tissue homogenate was prepared. This was centrifugated at 3500 rpm for 10 min, ａnd the supernatant was taken for the detection of the antioxidant index. Kits for measuring the total protein(Code: JA10245), total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) (Code: J-13106), superoxide dismutase (SOD) (Code: J-50065), glutathione peroxidase (GPx) (Code: J-53063), catalase (CAT) (Code: J-52619), glutathione S-transferase (GST) (Code: J-52618) enzyme activity ａnd reduced glutathione (GSH) (Code:J-53087), malondialdehyde (MDA) (Code: J-58063), ａnd hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) (Code: J-35958) content in tissues were purchased from Shanghai Jinma Laboratory Equipment Co., Ltd. (Jinma, Shanghai, China). All steps were performed in strict accordance with the kits’ instructions. The measured concentrations were based on the total protein mass of the uterus.
